Inside, you'll find hardwood floors throughout, lots of natural light, and stylish decor. The full kitchen (no dishwasher) makes meal prep easy, or you can just whip up some snacks for the beach (full-size fridge & stove). After a fun day out, cool off with the mini-split HVAC units that allow individual control while you relax on the sofa. Relax in the cozy den, complete with a comfortable daybed for lounging or extra sleeping space. Stream your favorite shows or use the in-home WiFi to upload the day's pics to social media. Call it a night early - you don't want to miss the sunrise on the beach. There is a fenced rear yard with a picnic table and chairs available for guests - ideal for corn hole, frisbee, or kids' play. We absolutely loved our stay at Beaches Be Crazy #B! The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the beach with convenient access right across the street, and only minutes from Center Street, where you'll find tons of great restaurants and shops. One of our favorite spots, Loggerheads, is right next door! They have live music, great food, and a full bar—perfect for a fun evening out. The home itself is fantastic. It has a private entrance, reserved parking for two cars, and all the amenities you need—A/C, WiFi, a coffee maker, a kitchen with a full-size stove, refrigerator, and microwave. There’s also a flat-screen TV with streaming services, complimentary toiletries, and fresh linens included. The layout is open and welcoming. The family room features a pull-out couch and a cozy dinette area. One bedroom has a king-size bed, another has a queen, and there’s even an extra room with an incredibly comfortable daybed. The updated bathroom is spacious, with an oversized tiled shower and double sinks. The fenced backyard is perfect—it includes outdoor seating, a picnic table, space for a hammock, and plenty of room for lawn games. Folly Beach is a fantastic vacation destination, and from this home, you can walk to just about everything. Highly recommend—it was the perfect beach getaway!

loved the location of the home. Although it was not advertised as a basement apartment we thought we were renting a house. We could hear everything going on upstairs. The mini splits would not heat and it was cold at night. The door lock was broke and we couldn't get the code to work. The key kept getting stuck. Overall it was clean, Wi-Fi worked great. There could just be improvements on the home especially with pots and pans and utensils, grass mowed, mini splits & better communication about key codes and a more accurate description of where unit B is located.
