We wanted to love the home and we did love the location and size, but the longer we were in the home the more we noticed how run down some of it is. There are chunks missing from the counter by the dishwasher, chunk missing from the floor in the kitchen, hole in the bedroom door, loose toilet paper holders, etc... little things that do not affect the function necessarily of the home - but take away from how great the condo could be. I get that it is a rental and it's the end of the busy season, but we've stayed in lots of rentals that were upkept better. We also discovered bugs/roaches in the kitchens & bathrooms. Vacasa was very apologetic and even offered us a discount for the hassle, but we ended up bringing bugs home with us and it has just left a creepy crawly feeling on our impression. I would say the absolute highlight of the condo was the back patio and the steps that take you straight to the beach, made it very convenient to access the beach. Parking was also a breeze and location to restaurants and shops was great and within walking distance. No issues with the wifi and bedding/towels were in great shape.
