Open and filled with sunlight, this lovely, second-floor villa is conveniently located just 30 yards from the community pool at Seagrove Lane Villas, and only 50 yards from the ocean beach! Soak in the serene views of the surrounding landscaped areas from the large outdoor deck, and find complete relaxation in 840 square feet of living space. What's nearby: The beach is located just a few steps away, allowing you to easily swim, sunbathe, and take long walks on the sand. This central location is ideal for walking and riding bikes around Wild Dunes, or heading a quarter-mile up the road to the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course for a fun round of golf with friends and family. The downtown area of Isle of Palms is four miles west, where you can eat, shop, and listen to live music. Downtown Charleston is just 17 miles inland as well, and is home to some of the most renowned cuisine in the country. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen No Sportscard (Wild Dunes amenities are limited to the pool, golf, dining, and bike trails) Please note: Trailer and motorcycle parking is not permitted. Beach Access Update:

  • Please note that beach access in the Seagrove community is currently impacted by recent storm erosion.
  • Open Beach Access:The primary beach access path located between the Seagrove community and the Grand Pavilion neighborhood (to the right of Buildings 10 and 11) remains open and provides direct access to the beach.
  • Temporarily Closed Access:The beach access paths at the end of Seagrove Lane and directly in front of the Seagrove community pool are temporarily closed while erosion repairs are completed. At this time, there is no estimated reopening date.
  • Beach Renourishment: Wild Dunes and the City periodically complete beach renourishment projects, particularly near the north end of the island. During these projects, guests may notice temporary changes to beach access routes or construction equipment staged along portions of the beach. We recommend checking local updates before your stay for the latest information.

    The condo was great and right next to the beach. We enjoyed staying inside the beautiful Wild Dunes resort community. Biking along the community was fun and eating at the local restaurants within walking distance was amazing. Condo itself was clean and welcoming. I loved the balcony. Tv and Wi-Fi worked great as we got to watch the Cowboys-Eagles game. Would recommend 10/1 and can’t wait to stay again for our next beach vacation.
