Comfortable villa one row away from the beach w/shared pool & grills

Place was nice, quiet and convenient. Parking was good. Easy access to the beach. Local food and shops were close/walking distance.

The location was amazing and literally across the street from the beach. The only down side was not having laundry on the premises and it wasn’t easy to find the coin laundry that was not mentioned until I dug through the app. We did walk to where the app mentioned but was unable to find the laundry.

We loved our stay. Fully furnished kitchen was nice and allowed us to make meals rather than eat out every day which is a big cost saver. County park is right across the street. The park has lifeguards (a definite need for children) plus showers, bathrooms and changing rooms. Grocery store is right around the corner, as is a small area of shops/restaurants. Condo was super comfortable and we slept very good, the mattress was the best of any hotel or rental I’ve been to. We will definitely come here again. This was my first time using vacasa, I will use them in the future. Much better experience dealing with a professional management company rather than random owner on airbnb.

Being close to beach
