Conveniently located with the beach on one side of the property and one of the Wild Dunes golf courses on the other, this ocean facing Mariner's Walk villa promises an Isle of Palms vacation you'll always remember. Relax with your morning coffee on the spacious screened porch, take long afternoon walks on the neighboring ocean beach, and cool off in the sparkling waters of the community's swimming pool. Recent additions include new twin beds (November 2023), and a new tankless water heater (installed December 2023). This 1,064-square-foot condo is just a few minutes' walk from the ocean beach, so you'll never be far from swimming, sunbathing, and beautiful views of the shoreline. Take your pick of the Links and Harbor Golf Courses at Wild Dunes, both of which are in the immediate area, or hop in the car for a quick drive to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment in the downtown area of Isle of Palms four miles west. The Isle of Palms Marina is just over two miles west, and downtown Charleston - full of history and world-class cuisine - is 15 miles inland. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No Sportscard (Wild Dunes amenities are limited to the pool, golf, dining, and bike trails). The property overall is great, master bathroom had issues. Poor water pressure for shower, no toilet paper holder (?) No countertop room for toiletries. Please fix the water pressure in the shower, it's so important when people have been at the beach with sand, sunscreen and salt water all over them to have the shower trickle out.
