The house is exactly as pictured on the listing. It definitely hasn't been updated since the 90s, but there was no expectation otherwise based on the listing. The house was clean, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location could not be better - right on the beach which is wide and beautiful and has private access from the house. The other nice thing is that the house is not located very close to public beach access points, so the beach stayed almost empty (granted, we were there during shoulder season). It was a quick 7 minute drive into town for ice cream or dinner, and maybe only 10 minutes to the closest Harris Teeter for groceries.
