Gorgeous condo w/ shared tennis court & nearby playground is described as a great value and an ideal getaway, with a spacious, comfortable layout that suited couples and small groups well. Guests praised the comfortable bed, cozy beachy feel, tasteful decor, tall ceilings, and a well-kept, well-appointed interior stocked with what they needed for a relaxing stay. The condo was repeatedly noted as very clean, spotless, neat, and welcoming, with a nicely stocked kitchen and thoughtful essentials that made stays feel easy and convenient. Its location stood out most, with guests consistently appreciating the very short walk to the beach, easy access to nearby paths and attractions, and the peaceful, private setting. Many guests also enjoyed the balcony and patio atmosphere, with beautiful tree-filled surroundings, ocean views, and the soothing sound of the waves adding to the experience.

This gorgeous villa is located in the Windswept building, which is one of the most sought after complexes here on Kiawah Island! Take a peek at the beautiful ocean views that can be seen right from the balcony which has a full dining set where meals can be enjoyed. The home has a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation and a washer & dryer for any laundry needs you may have during your stay. Shared tennis courts can be found on-site as well as a playground for the kids! What's nearby: Located close to just about everything you may need during your stay, you'll find the beach right nearby as well as golf, tennis and The Sanctuary. Less than a mile away, you'll find a variety of dining options as well as some local attractions such as the Heron Park Nature Center. Kiawah is internationally known for its golfing scene, so if you're an avid golfer, make sure to visit the Oak Point Golf Course (six miles northwest) or the Ocean Course (seven miles east). Beachwalker County Park's public beach is one you must visit and there you can use the on-site amenities, including grills, a seasonal snack bar, umbrellas, and more! It's located three miles west. This unit's location can't be beat. It has everything you would need in a vacation place. The kitchen was well stocked, and check-in was quick and easy.

My husband and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at 4406. The home is steps from the beach and the location and balcony are the stars. The unit is clean, however we found two dirty items in the kitchen which should have been found by the cleaning staff. The property does come with a few too many rules, and then we were texted with conflicting information on what was required prior to checkout. We would definitely stay here again as the property was reasonably priced and we really enjoyed the balcony view for morning coffee and the close proximity to the beach. We rented bikes from Cycle Rental that were dropped off and picked up without incident.
