First flood bedroom shower water pressure was very low took a long time to get hot water thermostats are quirky you got locked certain times the kurig coffee maker should be upgraded furniture in sitting area you sink into it that it is hard to get out the living room is very small nit big enough to sit everyone no steak knives cookware very lacking the house was just ok not there fault but being on the golf course get used to hearing blowers starting at 6:30 am goes for hours it is a good location to get to the beach quick bike ride

The location is great. Very close to the pool and a short walk or bike ride to the beach. House was roomy and great for families.

Loved the front porch, spent a lot of time out there. Space with 4 bedrooms & 4 baths is really nice. Living area does need a refresh on the furniture. Great location not too far from beach & close to their community pool. Overall it is a great house and our family had a really nice time together!

House is very clean, close to community pool and 10-15min walk to beach. Was perfect size for our group and we cooked in most nights. However, the house amenities are lacking. we had to purchase all cooking supplies. there was only salt/pepper, no plastic wrap, no foil, very few trash bags, very little washing machine soap, etc. we had to purchase all of that and left what we did not use. hopefully the next guest will not have to purchase as much.

We loved the house and had a great time. The location is awesome. Near the beach and near a large community pool. We did have an issue with the air conditioning but Vacasa sent someone right out to fix it and it worked great after that. Hope to stay there again next year.

Nice home, secluded neighborhood. Lots of seating indoors, and lots of outdoor options with screened areas upstairs and down. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious. Well stocked kitchen. Short walk to the beach (10 mins) and the community pool is just 3 houses down. If we have chance to vacation in the area again, would definitely consider another visit.
