We really love that it was such a short walk to the beach and that we could bring our dog. The enclosed screen porch overlooking the lagoon was awesome. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at 105 Surfscoter . Amenities were great close to the beach . Very hilly boardwalk though . Had a great time .

Loved the quick walk to the beach. Didn’t love the wear on some soft items; the couch cushions needed removed and washed, about half the bedroom pillows could use replacements just from wear I believe and the kitchen would be great if it has any kind of Tupperware or storage pieces as all to make taking snacks, fruit, food out to the beach more manageable.
