We loved this cottage for our family of 5. Being so close to the marsh and pool was perfect for us. The house was cozy and no-frills and my husband brought the Apple TV with us so we could use streaming services. Customer service was quick to send a repair person over when we had an issue with the bathroom upon check in. We'd love to stay here again. The view was so pretty!

I don't mind a dated house, but this home needs many repairs and replacements before I can advise my friends to rent it. I've detailed the problems with Vacasa and hope that the owners will take my advice. One note to renters, the TV's are both elderly, 2008 and 2011, and not HD compatible. Therefore the picture quality is poor and you can't log into Netflix or other platforms you may want to use. The location is nice and I enjoyed watching the tides change in the "lagoon" behind the home. It's an easy walk to the beach as well.
