What's nearby: This single-level home is located on the 15th hole of the Cougar Point Golf Course in West Beach, one block from an ocean beach where you can swim, sunbathe, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a kayak. You'll be down the road from the KICA Leisure Trail (one of the island's 30 miles of paved paths), one mile east of the West Beach Tennis Club, and two miles west of the Turtle Point Golf Course. Location, view & porch. Great house!

Oct. 4, 2025 We walked through the doors and the fresh clean scent was so nice. The windows opposite the front door showed a great view. Pond, golf green and tropical plants. Simply a beautiful setting to spend a week. Only about 4 minutes to walk to the beach which was wide, flat and very inviting. We saw many wildlife including alligators in the pond, 8 point bucks, does, squirrels and a varied amount of birds. The house was greatly appreciated. There was a lot of joy in the house this past week. It rained two days but the house was comfortable for games, cooking and talking. We enjoyed antique shopping as well.

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was well equipped, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was easy to walk to the beach. The street was nice and quiet. The screened in porch was my favorite thing - sitting out there overlooking the lagoon was very relaxing. Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to Kiawah and 94 Surfscoter did not disappoint! We were with my 80 year old parents with mobility issues and were able to drive them the block to Boardwalk 10 which was paved so they could enjoy the beach. (Note: there are some inclines on the path at Boardwalk 10). The view of the golf course from the back decks snd screened in porch were beautiful! And the layout of the house was open and spacious! We appreciated extra beach chairs and an umbrella to use during our stay. Thank you for a great vacation Surfscoter!

Quite, clean, nice view, saw lots of different birds including a Peregrine Falcon and pileated woodpecker. Needs railings on front steps.
