The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had a variety of appliances and cooking supplies which made cooking easy. Overall a great stay! There were 2 things that could be improved: the pool and deck area were not clean or presentable when we arrived and the recycling bin is too small (we ended up having to throw a lot of recyclable items in the trash).

We enjoyed our stay at 207 Belted Kingfisher. The layout of the house was a great fit for our extended family. The kitchen was well stocked and easy for all of our family to grab whatever was needed. We enjoyed the pool area and spent all of our mornings on the upper porch with the ceiling fan. Our bike rides to the beach were less than 10 minutes away using bike paths to boardwalk 38. We would definitely rent this house again!!

The home was so beautiful and welcoming. We were there for a wedding in Charleston and needed a place that could accommodate several adults . The bride had given me several Options and this one was the most perfect for our family … it was just so relaxing and the pool was perfect retreat after a hot day of wedding parties. Highly recommend this property 🥰
