The interior of the condo is excellent - up to date in all respects. Two tips 1. Wild Dunes amenity access is limited, with no access to the cushy pools. The lone pool is adjacent to the villas and is more of a standard personal home pool 2. Bring your own pantry items as there was no salt or other basics Also note the exterior of the building and stairs are a bit dated

Terrible customer service. I will never book a home that is represented by Vacasa. The listing specifically mentioned amenities (resort access to resturants/pools) and upon arrival we did not have access/arm bands to get into things. Customer service is ONLY through text message I sent photo proof and requested to speak to a human, I was told a manager Lisa Wagner only text back and never called. The unit itself was fine, clean. Wild Dunes staff let us know Vacas bought out unit within the resort but they dont have guest access to accommodations as Wild Dunes guests get arm bands to let them into places. I wouldn't book this unit again through this agency. You pay a substantial amount of money to be on the resort yet no benefits to it. There is small pool (not heated as claimed) by the unit but the other pools/resturants are for the Wild Dunes guests. I just still cannot get over that fact that someone books a unit has questions/concerns and the customer services hides behind a text screen and it not willing to work things out. Just shows they really dont care. Wild Dunes is beautiful I recommend you just book a unit through their website and avoid Vacasa at all costs.

We've stayed at several of these condos at Wild Dunes. This is absolutely the nicest one! Fresh, updated interior. Comfortable mattress in the master. If they fix the keypad, we will definitely be back!!

This property was very clean and large enough for us to have a great time visiting IOP for our annual trip! This was our first Visit to area and it was wonderful!

I love the bright natural light that came in this house. It was decorated nicely and seemed to be renovated in the main area. It was quiet and had plenty of parking. Both bedrooms had a nice balcony with a view of the lagoon. We really enjoyed being there. The management team was very responsive to any needs that we had.

Nice place for a long weekend! Comfortable beds and walking distance to beach. We got to check in early which was a huge bonus! Perfect stay for a long weekend!
