For a house not being ocean front the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The neighborhood was quiet at night. The home was built 20 years ago but was in good shape except for a couple of things that could be corrected by a maintenance visit which I report to the managing company.Did have a lot of stairs but most of the beach homes do. All in all I was pleased with the accommodations.
This house is great for families looking to get away from the ordinary.
Six car covered parking. Sleeps 9. All the kitchen utensils you need. Just needs some TLC.
This house was what we were looking for. Close enough to the beach but not too close to where we couldn't afford it. It had the correct amenities for what we could do. It's back in wild dunes so it's quiet, but also close enough to IOP, Sullivan's island and Charleston if you want to enjoy the people, food, atmosphere etc. of all that. Some folks have complained about the distance to the beach, it's a 5-minute walk at most. Plenty close enough and it's on a nice street. Furniture was comfortable, house was clean porch is very nice!! I can't think of anything to complain about.
Loved the location and amenities. Only downside was tight kitchen for five adults.
House has great amount of bedrooms and space. Minor upgrades should be done to the home. Wish that beach equipment was provided with home. Overall good stay and great neighborhood close to beach and other amenities
