My family has been going to Kiawah for over 30 years and we've stayed in just about every kind of condo/villa offered. This is basically a really nice condo. Looks to be refurbished not long ago, but a couple of things need some attention.
This home was very nice we loved seating on the screened porch watching the gators in the water. We did see a gator eat one of the white birds that was seating along the side of the water it was a little sad but crazy to watch at the same time. We also loved how peaceful it was and so relaxing. Its one of our first vacations that we really wished we could've stayed another week. The beach and the atmosphere was just so amazing makes you not want to leave. All in all our stay and home was spot on and we will share with others to go and experience it for themselves.
Home was lovely, dealing with Vacasa and cleaning crew upon check in was irritating. I’d expect a call back when they say they will but Vacasa management never called.
The plan is good overall Liked the open kitchen and relatively new appliances
We loved our time staying here! Close to everything and a quick walk to the beach. Lovely place to stay and can’t wait to come back.
Loved the quick bike ride to the beach and Night Heron Park. Enjoyed morning nature watching the alligators in the lagoon in back and Herons. Very peaceful and quiet unit, with all he amenities needed. Only downside was the living room sofa needs to be replaced. Very worn, sagging cushions, and uncomfortable sleeper.
