Enjoy a large private pool, multiple decks with porch swings and rockers that are ideal for outdoor entertaining, and a lovely location with easy access to the beach, golf courses, and bike trails throughout the island. What’s nearby: This home neighbors the Maritime Forest Reserve and Nature Trail, so you'll be just a few steps from beautiful scenery to enjoy on foot or by bike. The Cougar Point Golf Course - one of five championship golf courses on Kiawah Island - is next door as well. The beach is half a mile south, and Freshfields Village - a hot spot for dining, shopping, and entertainment - is two miles northwest. For a nice day trip, hop in the car and travel 23 miles northeast into historic downtown Charleston. Things to know: -EV charger included at the home -Parking is available (Garage is not for guest use) -The pool can be heated upon request, all year round, however, if temperatures dip, pool heat may not meet certain expectations. We love this house! This was our second stay and just as great as the first. Beautiful spacious home perfect for family fun, relaxation, comfy inside and outside spaces, great location and perfect stay - we love the pool and Kiawah!

Loved the pool! It was kids’ favorite thing. The house is a short bike ride or one to two minute drive to the beach, and plenty of parking is available. The kitchen is well equipped, but bring seasonings if you plan to cook. The size was perfect for our family of six. On the downside, the Internet would periodically go out, but would return after a few minutes. Also, the A/C was not functioning properly and the house was very warm for half of the week. Otherwise, we had a great week.

We were delighted with mattresses and the bedding!! Very nice! Ample towels, hand towels and wash clothes as well as beach towels!! We were delighted to have a ev charger for our Y and were surprised with this feature. Pool was wonderful as the children could swim before naps and the outdoor living space was comfortable and I’m sure wonderful in the cooler months as well! The three bay fridge was ingenious!

We had a great time with our families and kids. The location was perfect for walking, bike riding, and driving anywhere we needed during the week. The pool was great for the kids and the house had everything we needed. When we needed support, Vacasa was responsive and helpful in trying to get a solution. We will be back!

We rented this house for 2 nights for a family wedding. It was perfect for 7 adults. The house layout was wonderful. Bedrooms were very spacious. We enjoyed the pool one afternoon. Would stay here again and bring my kids next time.
