This home is part of the gated Inlet Cove community that abuts the Kiawah River, where you'll be an easy walk or bike ride from the beach, the general store, an assortment of activities, bike trails, and shopping and dining in West Beach Village. Upon entering Kiawah Island, the neighborhood is the first gated community, making it conveniently close to Freshfields Village for dining and shopping two miles northwest. For a memorable day trip, hop in the car and take the 25-mile drive into downtown Charleston to explore all the fascinating history and delicious cuisine the city offers. We had such a great time at this house! It was perfect for us all in a quiet community. We felt safe, and it had everything we needed! Great communication also! Highly recommended.

The house was very comfortable and in a perfect location for our family. The dock on the river was beautiful at sunset. We'll definitely bring our kayaks next time. The pool was still too chilly for us, but I can see it being a nice treat for kids in the summer. The off leash dog area on the beach is at the opposite end of the island but it wasn't that much of a hassle to get there. The people beach was just a short bike ride away and convenient. All in all, we'd definitely book here again.

The home was lovely. The right size for our family. Had enough items to make cooking easy. All in all a great stay. And an easy walk to Beachwalker County Park. Walked our dog down every morning for the sunrise.

The location of the home was great, easy to get to the beach and the pool. It was also well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The furnishings are updated and comfortable. The pet odor and cleaning needs improvement. I sent a message to Vacasa and I was told someone from the local office would reach out to me regarding my concerns but I never heard from anyone. Given the lengthy rules for the home and Kiawah I would have expected better follow up but overall we had a lovely stay despite the minor inconveniences.

The rental was very well appointed. We discovered local maps, playing cards, games and books in the living room. And the kitchen had everything we needed for coffee and meals.
