The location is excellent. The beds were so comfy. Great pillows. Show door was replaced, new fridge and dishwasher. Mostly a quiet place (except for trash day) but the location of this cottage is fantastic.

Great location, easy walk to the beach.

This house is perfect for a family of 4 or even 5. It was very close to the beach, like a 2 min walk or less. Yes, there are fancier properties to rent on the island. The house had a nice floor plan and the king size bed was so comfortable. The kitchen has been updated with new appliances and was very well stocked. My kids loved the place. All the games in the living room was a nice touch. This neighborhood has a lot of properties so you will have neighbors on both sides but we stayed in the off season so it was relatively empty. Overall, an adorable little property perfect for making lifelong vacation memories.

Check in was easy and prompt. This home is nice but showing its age. The home is spacious, beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen could definitely use some updated cookware and more cooking utensils. The sliding door to the patio repeatedly comes off track so needs to be repaired. Nice, quiet location and very short walk to the beach. Overall pleased with the property and would stay again.
