Great location in quiet neighborhood within 1/2 mile walk/bike of the beach. Pond in back of house attracted doe/fawn, birds, gators and other wildlife to enjoy. Inside of house had plenty of room for our group of 6 to stay comfortably. Home is dated but clean. The management company, vacasa, was very responsive to questions and communicated expectations well.
We loved that all en suite bedrooms. The home fit our need perfectly. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy good company, but also to retreat for some quiet time.
This house was amazing! Vacasa had to cancel our initial reservations due to a water leak. They did put us in this house which was a major upgrade from where we were going to stay. This house is perfect for a 5+ member family to stay at on vacation. My kids especially loved the room with the two twin beds upstairs. The house was very clean and had all the amenities that you could possibly want. The kitchen was well stocked all the rooms had very comfortable beds. The whole house had an open airy feel to it and there was plenty of room where everyone could spread out and have their own tim the house is located on a beautiful Street and it's a very short walk to the beach I'd say about five six minutes plus you get to go across a lagoon on the way so the scenery is beautiful. We stayed during the off season of late September so it wasn't very crowded and it was a very quiet. Overall I would recommend this house to anyone wanting a beautiful vacation home to stay in.
Great location for a short walk or quick bike ride to the beach. We enjoyed the large porch overlooking the lagoon and had plenty of room for our young kids to run around. This was the second time we stayed at this location, and we will plan to return.
This place was a dream. If feels like you're on a tropical island.
I have always loved trips to kiawah island has a special place in my heart had lots of great memories and experiences there. This trip was no different and may have been my favorite trip so far from the times spent with family and friends fishing and enjoying company. To the great house and fantastic weather can’t wait for the return trip.
