Lovely second-floor villa w/ great location – walk to beach, golf & activities is described as a great value and an ideal fit for a relaxing island getaway. Rent a bike nearby and take a ride to Night Heron Park or the general store on more than 30 miles of paved trails that extend all across the island. Freshfields Village - a picturesque hub of dining, shopping, and entertainment - is two miles west, and historic downtown Charleston is only 25 miles northeast. Great location within an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and had everything we needed. Having an onsite washer and dryer was a great addition. Highly recommend - thanks for the great stay!

We enjoyed the stroll to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs. Furniture is a little dated. Beds were terrible. We did not sleep well. Lack of towels. Small washing machine/dryer. No Beach towels. Easy access and walk to the beach. Good for a short stay.

The Island itself is beautiful. Too bad the property managers did such a terrible job 1) being responsive (had to reach out multiple times just to get commitments to respond). 2) actually addressing our concern -getting us access to amenities (never happened and took multiple phone calls, emails, texts, etc. to get managements feeble failure.). Lazy and incompetent. Definitely use someone else.

This is my third stay in a Vacasa rental by the Kiawah Golf Course and my first with just my husband. We've stayed in two other close to Beachwalker Park with our family, friends, and dogs. This apartment was the perfect layout and size. We had breakfast on the screened in porch, which I had been looking forward to. There is a fountain obscured by a large magnolia and other flora. It's a very peaceful balcony. The kitchenette was perfect, the stove seemed to be nicer than my own! The welcome box with soaps, detergent, and sponge was a perfect addition. The best part was how close to the beach it was. It was less than a 30 second drive, maybe a 2 minute walk to the parking lot. This isn't Beachwalker Park so no amenities but it's very close to where we were staying. I'm not sure if the beach has a name but there had to be less than 15 umbrellas. Very peaceful and quiet. It was perfect. We hope to return soon.
