Very nice place and really private and the walkway is secured by a pass gate that you have to have a key for, nice place for privacy!

This condo offers the best of both worlds! On initial arrival, you are nestled in the tree line of live oaks, with very well-maintained grounds. As though you are staying in a treehouse, as you make your way to the unit. On the other side of the complex is the private access beach that is less than twenty yards from the elevator. The thirty-yard boardwalk after the gate access transports you into a whole new world of coastline as far as the eye can see, with powder sand and private beach amenities. The unit itself is a hidden gem! With nods of coastal Carolina charm, with a feel of home. With everything you need for a kitchenette then some. The bathroom, closet space and storage areas were spacious and met all of our needs. The king sleeper sofa was an amazing touch and truly appreciated. IF I had anything negative to say (which truly I don't) it would be the kitchen needs a little updating, and the fans in the bathroom could stand to be a little stronger (it got stuffy in there after a long shower). Other than that, no complaints here! I would HANDS DOWN recommend this unit! But, I almost don't. I want this unit to be available when I go back- which will be as often as possible!

The location was super close to the beach and very quiet. Our studio apt was well appointed and very clean. The bed was comfortable also!
