This three-bedroom home, scenically nestled among the trees in old Mt. Pleasant, is the perfect escape for families of beach-goers and those looking to explore Charleston and the beauties of Coastal South Carolina with ease. Newly renovated and professionally decorated, this home is a serene suburban retreat with comfortable furnishings, charming touches throughout, and an open living space where you can kick back on the sofa, sit down for dinner, or gather for an evening movie with your loved ones. Fix yourself a glass of sweet tea or a cup of coffee in the darling kitchen with new appliances, and head out back to the beautiful backyard to listen to the sounds of the cicadas at night. You'll have a private washer/dryer for your convenience, as well as three quiet bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and a third with a pair of twin beds. What's nearby: This home is located just a few blocks off of Ben Sawyer Boulevard, where you'll find a Publix Supermarket and a number of restaurants, eateries, and conveniences. If you follow that road just three miles south, you'll come to the ocean beach on Sullivan's Island; the beaches on Isle of Palms are only four miles southeast as well. Heading four miles west will bring you to the USS Yorktown and Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum, while downtown Charleston - with its incredible restaurants, architecture, and history - is only three miles beyond. The house was on a quite street. Close driving to most everything. Nice shaded back yard. Comfy beds.
This was a great place to stay and will definitely stay again!
We all enjoyed our stay (4 ladies)- Beautiful place and perfect location. It rained all weekend but we still enjoyed gathering in living room and dining room table to play games and chat over charcuterie board and snacks.
