Updated West Beach villa w/ fairway & lagoon views - walk to beach is described as a great value and an ideal fit for families and groups, with a spacious, comfortable layout that met guests’ needs well. Guests consistently praised the villa for being exceptionally clean, inviting, and nicely updated, with tasteful renovations, comfortable beds, and a cozy living space. Its location was a standout, with easy walking or biking access to the beach and convenient proximity to island attractions, trails, shops, and dining. Guests especially enjoyed the peaceful setting and the beautiful views overlooking the golf course and surrounding natural scenery. The kitchen was frequently appreciated for being well equipped and stocked for cooking, and guests also noted the practical layout, multiple bathrooms, relaxing deck, and useful storage space. Wifi was reported to work well, and overall the villa was seen as exactly as advertised, relaxing, and a place many guests would gladly return to.

What’s nearby: The Fairway Oaks Villas are located directly adjacent to the Cougar Point Golf Course, one of the five destination golf courses on Kiawah Island. Here in the center of West Beach Village, you'll be a few blocks' walk from the beach. Hop on your bike and enjoy the many miles of scenic paved bike paths on the island, bring a picnic down to Night Heron Park (less than two miles east), and check out the wonderful shopping and dining at Freshfields Village (two miles northwest). Condo was a great space and as pictured. Enjoyed breakfast on the patio watching the greenskeepers each morning preparing the course for play. Very bright but still plenty of shade. The condo worked well but it was just my wife and I on this visit. Everything was as expected but see if the master mattress has been updated before you reserve. It was stiff as a board and needs replacing. Convenient location to the beach. No access to pools. Bring your own beach chairs or you can rent. We enjoyed sunsets at Bohicket Marina. Check in was very easy.
