We love this home, and have stayed here many times. The location can't be beat; it's maybe a two-minute walk to boardwalk 12 and the beach. Unfortunately, there are too many broken and missing items, and the kitchen needs more glass and serving-ware.

Loved walking and biking to the beach. The house itself needs some TLC. Very well worn sofas and rugs. It has lots of potential and we rented it due to the layout and number of bedrooms. Upper master needs a dehumidifier though. It was impossible to sleep in this room due to humidity and heat. The local mgmt company was not able to address this while we were there.

We really tried to like the house. It was big, so fit what we needed for everyone and it was a very short walk to the beach. It was unbearably hot in the larger upstairs room several nights. The other upstairs room had a very loud portable ac units. Overall the house is outdated and needs renovation. With renovation this could be a really nice beach house.

This property with 5 bedrooms has a lovely layout. The bedrooms are on different sides of the house which allow for noise privacy. (We had an infant). There is a lagoon in the back which sports some cool wildlife. (We had a three year old). The beach is close by and the beach is lovely and peaceful. Bike trails are also close. The property could use some updating but it did not deter our enjoyment of the house. Kiawah is a lovely destination. Don'[t forget to check out Charleston.
