Please note that this villa is handicap accessible but not ADA-compliant. The Lake House at Seabrook gives guests access (for a fee) to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes, and a library. Dining and shopping at Freshfields Village are just under four miles away. Enjoy fine dining and historic tours 23 miles away in downtown Charleston. SHARED AMENITIES -Pool -Tennis court -Basketball court Important Things to Know: This property has Seabrook Island Club Access for an additional fee. For $55/day or $315/week, you may purchase access to The Beach Club as well as other Seabrook Island Club amenities such as golf, racquet sports, and club dining which require additional payment. When you book a stay with us, we will send you instructions for how to pre-register. Note that The Beach Club is seasonal and generally operates between mid-March and the end of October. Additionally, you will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free. For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym. Hate going to rentals due to the mattresses are usually poor quality. The king bed on this unit was like our home mattress! Very comfortable! Great location and unit. Very clean and well taken care of. Would stay here again .

This was our first time at Seabrook island. With peak vacation season, we didn't want to go to major tourist magnets and overcrowded beaches along the east coast. So we picked Seabrook, due to it being a private island. We were not disappointed. The beaches were not crowded, the island offered great amenities and the privacy was well worth it. You could see dolphins right off the beach. The condo was clean, well stocked and everything worked as it should. Having reserved parking under the building, in the shade, was a great benefit. VACASA, the management company, was on top of everything. From arranging gate passes to enter Seabrook, check-in and check-out, everything went seamless and smooth. 5 star vacation.

Nicely appointed condo nestled in the trees with golf course views and a great courtyard to enjoy the cool evening breeze. We actually looked at purchasing a unit in this building several years ago… didn’t work for us then as we were looking for a single family, but we loved the property! We would definitely stay there again!
