If you're looking to augment your stay, you can purchase daily or weekly passes to take advantage of Seabrook's amazing, private amenity features which include Clubhouse privileges plus access to the tennis courts, tee time bookings, pools, bike and boat rentals, and an equestrian center. The updated interior comes primed for comfortable coastal living, with fresh decor and stainless steel appliances. The sunny, open-air deck offers filtered golf course views, and the breezy, screened balcony makes a perfect perch for happy hour snacks and cocktails. A sparkling suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances are equipped for home meal planning while indoor dining options include an eat-in bistro table set for two and a four-person dining table. This property was great for our little family. Everything was very clean, beautifully decorated and well kept. I felt very comfortable with the children’s bedroom being downstairs and the master upstairs as all the doors to get outside have locks and are too heavy for small children to try to open. A few tips and this only would apply if you have nosey small children like we do. 1. Bring hair ties or rubber bands to keep all the cabinets closed so they don’t play in them/smash a finger. 2. Have something larger to block the bottom of the stairs so you aren’t chasing or saying no multiple times a day.
