2nd floor villa with water views, lovely balcony & w/d - walk to Beach Club

Everything was perfect! Beautiful condo with a perfect view of the water! Very nice, well kept property.

The condo was furnished so well and decorated beautifully. The location was perfect! We will definitely consider booking this unit next year.

The view of the ocean was the only positive experience we had this time.

I’ll start off my saying that the condo beautiful and the location is great, however we had a few experiences that were not so pleasant. Check in was at 4pm and since I already had multiple friends on the island I met up with them and had a lovely beach day and spent time at the pool. We got to our place around 8pm and the condo was never cleaned. Trash from the previous guests everywhere, dirty wet towels, unmade bed, no clean towels, linens or toiletries and a messy kitchen. I called the 1-800 number and was able to reach someone but the call kept dropping due to the WiFi. We were able to text and a local cleaning crew came out at 10pm and left close to midnight. They were very kind and worked hard and I tipped them for their late night job. But that alone was unacceptable. I was traveling alone with my child who was exhausted and we had to stay up and wait before we were able to enjoy the condo that we paid for. Once they left I tried to watch tv in the bedroom and couldn’t figure out how to work it. No channels would work, only a few apps but half of the remote buttons don’t work so we were limited on what we could access and to turn the tv off you had to unplug it. The remote is also broken in the living room and we could only watch HGTV. Also, next to the tv is a decorative ladder that was stacked with birdhouse and just leaned up against the wall at an angle and fell and hit my son in the face and broke the ladder. It wasn’t even nailed to the wall! The bathroom toilet in the hallway runs all the time and so does the shower. This place would be really great with some improvements. The rental company refunded my cleaning fee, but I think should have been refunded the first day considering the house was not ready or usable or clean until midnight. That part was disappointing. I come to Seabrook every year with my friends and family and I’m not sure if I would rent from them again.

Amazing views, easy beach access, awning on balcony very convenient. Made for a great place to watch storm roll in.

It was not a big problem for us but the oven would not heat higher than 375 degrees. I did tell the property manager, so I hope they will follow up.
