Guests especially appreciated the comfortable beds, effective air conditioning, blackout curtains, fresh linens, and the large screened porch or covered patio that extended the living space for quiet mornings and family time. Once you pre-register for your Digital Amenity Pass (no charge), you will have access to The Beach Club as well as other Seabrook Island Club amenities such as Golf, Racquet Sports, and Club Dining which require additional payment. Beautiful, well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels for us. Provided shampoo and conditioner was nice. Beds were comfortable… it was nice to have a king in the master. Overall great place.

Location—perfect House size—perfect King Bed—perfect Cottage was nasty on arrival like it was not even cleaned. We found trash for days after we arrived in the couches, behind the TV, in the closets and drawers. There were cigar butts on the patio windows. Beds were filthy on arrival (think sand, hair, dirt) we had to do the sheets, which was hard because the dryer was broken. It took 2 days for them to dry. The only TV in the unit did not work. The couches are stained and nasty (with the amount we paid for our week there, new couches could have been bought.) Don’t try to use the outlet in either bathroom if you have an electronic golf cart that requires charging—you can’t use both!

Loved the trees making great shade for walking I almost felt like I was in The jungle. The beach at low tide was so amazing I felt like I was somewhere in the desert The pools and restaurant on premises was great.

Seabrooke Island is a wonderful place. The home was very comfortable. Furnishings very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Screened in porch was our favorite spot. Perfect place for coffee in the morning listening to the birds and the sound of golfers. We would rent the unit again.

We loved the location and cleanliness of it as well. The king bed was very nice and being able to open the French doors was so relaxing. We would advise anyone staying that there is only one tv in the living room. In case you have extra guests or children. Everything else was well stocked and everything for the beach as well.
