You'll be right alongside the Crooked Oaks Golf Course and about a quarter-mile from a beach access point, with Seabrook Island's many amenities accessible close by. This octagonal, lakefront home has all the ambience of a modern treehouse, with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors that frame the adjacent lagoon and the manicured 18th green at Crooked Oaks. Step inside to find an airy living room with contemporary furnishings, a TV, and doors that open to the lakefront deck, where you can view the local wildlife as you sip your morning coffee. Just beyond the dining table and the spiral staircase (which leads down to the washer/dryer) is an open, compact kitchen, fully appointed with every necessity. There's also a small gas grill and a picnic table in the outdoor space underneath the cottage if you're planning to cook and dine at home. At night, you'll have your choice of a main bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a TV, and views of the golf course. The guest room features a TV to watch your favorite shows as you lounge. This home sits on the edge of the 18th green at Crooked Oaks Golf Course on Seabrook Island, with the beach an easy walk or bike ride away. The many amenities of Seabrook Island (which require a purchased amenity card) are all close by, including the Crooked Oaks Golf Course and the Seabrook Island Beach Club with its oceanfront swimming pools and Pelican's Nest Restaurant (half a mile south). Important Things to Know: This property has Seabrook Island Club Access for an additional fee. For $55/day or $315/week, you may purchase access to The Beach Club as well as other Seabrook Island Club amenities such as golf, racquet sports, and club dining which require additional payment. When you book a stay with us, we will send you instructions for how to pre-register. Note that The Beach Club is seasonal and generally operates between mid-March and the end of October. Additionally, you will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free. For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym.
