A Seabrook Island Amenity Card is available with this property for the daily fee. The Amenity Card gives you access to the Beach Club (with two outdoor pools and a beach area), the restaurants, golf, tennis, the equestrian center, and the Lake House (with one outdoor pool, a fitness center, and an indoor pool). This gorgeous vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV with over 100 available channels, internet, a DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.
