Casago Orlando provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies or replenishments to those listed above will be the responsibility of the guest; one (1) garbage bag.

Linens and towels, however, it is the responsibility of the guest to wash them after each use because we do not provide new linens or towels for longer stays. Please note that washcloths are not included, they are considered personal items.

PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated guest parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. In addition, there's also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal.

COMMUNITY POOL/SPA HOURS - The Resort pool area is open from dusk to dawn daily. However, hours are subject to change so be sure to check at the clubhouse before making any plans for the day. Night-time swimming is not allowed

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

POOL TOWELS - Vista Cay Resort does not provide pool towels so you need to bring pool towels from your home. We kindly ask that you bring them back. There will be a $25 fee for a missing towel.
