The main level features two living areas—one with a large wall-mounted TV—plus a full kitchen with breakfast bar seating, a lakeside dining nook, and a spacious dining room. Sliding doors lead to a huge deck with two outdoor dining tables, sectional seating, and a gas grill for memorable meals with stunning views.

The main level also includes six bedrooms (1 king, 4 queens, 1 bunk with full beds) and three full bathrooms.
