The home features a queen bedroom and an updated bathroom on the main level, along with a newly renovated kitchen with granite counters and a gas range. Upstairs, the living area opens to a walk-out patio with neighborhood views—perfect for relaxing, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Air conditioning is available in both the living room and bedroom for added comfort; heat is provided by two portable heaters. also have access to one dedicated parking space located behind the home. Please note: streaming services are available with guest logins, and the cottage is located in the backyard of a main residence.
