This cozy second-floor condo is located in the beautifully maintained Monterey-Gage community in the heart of Carlsbad, California. It offers an unbeatable central location within walking distance of Carlsbad Village, the beach, restaurants, shopping, the train station, and convenience stores. The unit is approximately 600 square feet and features a comfortable queen-size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a flatscreen TV, along with both a portable air conditioning unit and portable heaters, and fans are also provided for year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen, guests will also have access to beach essentials, including chairs, towels, and an umbrella. A one-car carport is available for parking, and there is a coin-operated washer and dryer located in the community laundry room, and a community BBQ.
