This is a cozy condo located in the beautifully manicured Monterey-Gage community. This community is centrally located right in the heart of Carlsbad Village. The condo consists of 600-square-feet with a new and comfortable queen-size bed sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom has a flatscreen TV and a portable AC unit. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with dishes, flatware, pots and pans, a dishwasher, a range/oven, coffee makers, a microwave, and a full refrigerator. Beach toys, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided as well.
