Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Pics were accurate for the most part, a little older looking inside than expected, but it is a short term rental so it is what it is. Vacasa was helpful and communicative throughout the process. An easy walk to Carlsbad area, and far enough away that you aren’t disturbed by the busyness of downtown. Nearby park and amenities. The patio area was not in great shape, but according to the property manager it was an oversight by the cleaning crew and they apologized - but it remained that way throughout our stay, I should have complained in day 1. It was a nice place, but honestly not sure it was worth the $1k per night we were charged.
