Each bedroom includes luxury linens and spacious custom walk-in closets. The open living space flows onto a private ocean-view balcony—perfect for enjoying La Jolla's mild climate and coastal breezes. Beach essentials including chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided for your convenience. One assigned parking space is included in a gated underground garage (best suited for compact cars or small SUVs due to size limitations). Please note there is no A/C; fans and heaters are provided for comfort.

Great location, had everything we needed.

Welcome package was complete upon arrival (although the entry key pads take a little getting use to). The condo was very well equipped for our one month stay. The unit is extremely clean and very well organized with nice personal touches including welcome treats upon our arrival. This condo does not have central heating with only 2 small room heaters which can be a challenge during winter months (our stay was Feb/March). The convenient location is within walking distance of many restaurants, galleries, museums and coastal walks. The gated, covered parking spot is definitely a plus as well.

Am writing a review to emphasize how nice this unit is, as images do not do justice. The location, one block from the ocean is ideal and the views from most rooms of the house are so wonderful - loved waking up, making the provided fresh ground coffee to relax while looking at the sea. There is great cross breeze throughout the home, filling it with ocean air. The Bang and Olufsen sound system was so clear and easy to use. We also took advantage of supplies in the unit, including yoga matts, Vitamix for smoothies and packing up the picnic basket with blanket and all utensils to walk down to the Cove for our private sunset happy hour! The stand up desk was perfect for work, just like the one i use at home. Everything has been upgraded and tastefully decorated - the place is a definite find and I would highly recommend it!

This was absolutely just the best place to stay with family over the recent Spring Break. First, we could not have picked a better location. We walked to literally everything in La Jolla - we only drove when we went to the zoo and Balboa Park - and that in and of itself was just great. Actually, it was amazing. We had delicious dinners and glasses of wine at the restaurants that were right around the corner. Brunches that were to die for, also around the corner. We walked down to the beach in just a few minutes and had early coffees and ran. Beautiful. Second, the VIEWS from this place of the ocean and the sunsets totally rocks - we enjoyed them almost every night we were there out on the balcony. Third, the place is stunning and looks brand new. The beds are super comfy, the couch could fit 20 people while recharging your cell phone and computer at the same time, the TVs were super nice and easy to use. Loved being able to sit at the table to eat or at the kitchen counter on stools. Perfect for a pancakes morning. We will definitely stay here again - hopefully sooner rather than later!
