Discover the charm of Mission Beach in this upper-level studio vacation rental just steps from the boardwalk! Head straight to the beach or cruise the boardwalk and experience why this iconic neighborhood is loved by locals. The main living/sleeping area and 1 full bathroom with a shower. The open-concept space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with streaming capability, and WiFi for your convenience. Step outside to your private deck or relax in the shared garden patio with a gas grill. Beach essentials such as chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels are also provided. Additional conveniences include a coin-operated laundry on-site. Please note there is no A/C, but fans and heaters are provided for comfort year-round. There is no designated parking space, though street parking may be available (not guaranteed, especially in summer; please observe street sweeping 8–10 am). Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am, and no smoking or pets are allowed.
