Venture out a bit further, and you can easily visit La Jolla (four miles), Belmont Park (three miles), SeaWorld San Diego (three miles), Downtown Sand Diego (eight miles), or the famous San Diego Zoo (10 miles).

Loved the walkable distance to a donut shop, water filling shop, and a few grocery stores and restaurants. The yard was way bigger than I thought! Laundry on site was a major bonus. Nice clean bathroom, great experience!

The home had everything you need. The owner provided plenty of towels, body wash, shampoo and even laundry detergent. The neighborhood is quiet, day and night and the few people I saw were friendly. It was only 3.5 miles from my in-laws which made my wife very happy. I would definitely stay there again.

This cottage has a lot of vintage appeal. We loved the cozy décor and the enclosed, private front and back yards. The front yard is especially sunny and great for relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked with amenities and the bathroom shower (with bath tub) is perfect. Both the beds are also very comfortable. We were fine with 4 adults from one family. The kitchen was ideal for making breakfast everyday. We bought k-cups for the Keurig, but other than that, everything else was provided including lots of spices and seasonings. This is a perfect “beachy” retreat in a great location. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and the beaches are very close as well. The San Diego Zoo, Little Italy and Torrey Pines are all within 20 minutes or less.
