Designed for comfort and privacy, the bedrooms are located down a quiet hallway, while the bright main living area opens to a spacious private deck with canyon views, outdoor lounge seating, and a bistro table perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen, central AC and heating, and in-home washer/dryer ensure a comfortable stay, while added amenities include high-speed WiFi, streaming (with guest logins), beach gear, and a garage gym setup. Parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway with additional street parking on a first-come basis.

Previous reviews are accurate. The house is charming with stylish decorator touches. Beautiful tile and cabinetry. Probably the cleanest, well stocked garage that I have ever encountered. Lovely, quiet, older neighborhood less than a mile from Mission Bay. Sprouts grocery store and 3 local pub restaurants are just a 5-minute drive up the street. The 2nd bedroom is really not suitable for adults: bunk beds with shorter beds that are ideal for children. I deducted one star because the deck area was infested with fleas and we could not comfortably use the outdoor furniture without being bitten :(

This was our second time. staying there. Love quiet neighborhood and proximity to I-5 and all major attractions. Beach supplies, including an umbrella and a wagon, come very handy. We will be back!

Everything we needed for a great stay in San Diego was ready and waiting. The house was spotless. The location can not be beat. We appreciated all the things for the beach...Our family of 1 toddler, 2 young adults & Mom and Dad were all comfortable. The layout of the house provides privacy and common areas to spend time together as well. We highly recommend this home.
