Beach essentials are provided, including towels, an umbrella, and 2 beach chairs to make your days by the ocean effortless. Additional conveniences include a washer/dryer, along with parking for 1 car in a garage space and 1 uncovered spot. Things to know: An active Ring surveillance camera is located at the front door, pointed outward for exterior monitoring. No A/C or heat, we will provide fans and heaters.

Love love this place! Our 2nd year staying here and it’s perfect! The house is clean, everything we needed including beach toys! Beautiful view of the ocean from the well equipped patio. When we had an issue with the garage door the were on it in no time! Great communication. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Our granddaughter cried when we had to leave! Three cheers!!!! We spent a month at this location and it was amazing. The location cannot be beat. It is easy walking distance to bars and restaurants and a short Uber ride to great destinations. We highly recommend Liberty Station, Point Loma, and La Jolla, in addition to the trips to Coronado and the traditional San Diego vacation destinations. We spent hours on the front patio watching the ocean and the world go by - even saw dolphins play in the surf! At night, the fire pit is a great place to relax and enjoy the stars. The layout of the condo is comfortable and roomy and has all of the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay again.

The porch is so perfect for ocean gazing and people watching. Was able to sleep with the windows open and hear the ocean. The area is close enough to restaurants and bars, but still far enough down the boardwalk to have peace and calmness. I would recommend this place as a 10/10.
