This beautifully furnished single-level condo features 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins) plus a sofa sleeper and 2 full bathrooms, offering a comfortable setup for families or small groups. The spacious living room includes a large TV, cable, and cozy seating, along with WiFi for remote work or streaming. Step outside to a shared front patio with shaded seating, outdoor dining, and a BBQ grill—perfect for relaxing after a beach day. You'll be within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, social clubs, a convenience store, and a laundromat just a block away. Please note that there is no in-unit washer/dryer, and a few steps are required to enter the home. Check-in is 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am. Quiet hours are 10 pm–7 am. No smoking, and guests must follow the good neighbor policy. 2 outdoor parking places.

This beautiful home is in the perfect location—just a short one minute walk to the beach down the cutest pathway! We absolutely loved our stay. The unit had everything we needed and more. Being the middle unit, it was completely insulated from any road noise, making it very peaceful. Although we didn’t need the A/C during our visit, it’s a great bonus to have. The beds were extremely comfortable, both bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the pantry items and dishes we could need. We come to San Diego every year for vacation, and this will definitely be our go-to rental from now on!

The home was clean and beautiful. The property manager was easy to reach out to with questions and the responses we received were quick and helpful. Easy access to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, and close to Belmont. We biked most of the weekend and highly recommend Ray’s rentals if you are looking for an easy way to get around without having to drive. Highly recommend staying here and we look forward to coming back!

This was our second time staying at this beach house. We absolutely love the location. We spend a lot of time enjoying the patio. The beach supplies are great and the house is well stocked with most everything that you would need. We hope to stay again!!
