Off the living room, there is an outside fenced yard with a seating area and gas grill. The gourmet kitchen has travertine flooring, granite countertops, custom cabinets, a breakfast bar, a stainless steel Thermador Profession double oven/cooktop with six burners and a griddle, a wine refrigerator, a huge stainless-steel side-by-side refrigerator, a stainless-steel dishwasher, and a double sink. There is one bedroom on the main level while there are three bedrooms on the second floor of the home. The main bedroom is spacious and well beautifully decorated giving you a feeling that you are truly on vacation. There is a large TV, a gas fireplace, a sitting area, and an attached bathroom. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and a luxurious soaking bath tub. The second guest bedroom has access to an outside patio and the third guest bedroom has a large walk-in closet and access to the patio. A stairway will take you to a small lookout on the rooftop if you feel like gazing at the horizon as the sun sets. There is a large two-car garage.
