Designed with an open-concept layout, the main living space includes high ceilings, a large leather seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a stacked-stone gas fireplace, with seamless flow to a private fenced yard featuring outdoor seating and a gas grill. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with travertine flooring, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and premium Thermador appliances, including a double oven, six-burner cooktop with griddle, wine refrigerator, large side-by-side refrigerator, and dishwasher. The primary suite includes a TV, fireplace, sitting area, and spa-style en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Guest bedrooms offer patio access and generous closet space. Additional features include a rooftop lookout with sunset views, a two-car garage, and provided beach gear such as boogie boards, sand toys, and a wagon. The house was perfect… very roomy…beds were great… oh, did I talk about the location … we were 6 Seniors… it was amazing
The area is so close to anything you want.
We have stayed at this location 2 or 3 times. So close to the beach
This was our second time staying in this particular condo. This was our families first choice of the 8 places we have stayed in the immediate area). Great chefs kitchen, great location, large 4 bedroom 3.5 bath, lots of beach stuff (so you don’t have to haul in beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, ice chests, etc.) . The front patio is a bonus! Walking distance to everything in the Village. Location, location, location. Finally, Gregory wa very responsive, answered all of our texts immediately and addresses any concerns (minor) quickly and was easy to communicate with. We will be back!
This beach house was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The beach was A short 5 minute walk, restaurants, ice cream, donuts, coffee within a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed the farmers market on Wednesday. Also, the front porch and that beach towels were provided! We will definitely return!
House was clean, stocked with all items listed. The home is warm, and elegant. Everything was explained in the e-mails. 2 car garage under the house, and lots of close activity for family with no car available.
