This 2,000+ sq. ft. multi-level home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a king ocean-view master with patio access, plus a modern kitchen, spacious living area with 22-ft ceilings, fireplace, and folding glass doors for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Enjoy a private patio with a grill, 2-car garage, Wi-Fi, cable, and beach gear. No smoking, 7-night minimum, quiet neighborhood with strict no-party policy; stairs throughout may not suit all guests. Community amenities include two swimming pools, a hot tub, four tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a half basketball court on one of the tennis courts, a toddler play area, and landscaped greenbelts. A private beach access via approximately 70 cliffside stairs, with additional beach access a short drive to the north or south.

Vacation Rental Contract: You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

It’s all about the view and the sound of the waves with the double sliding doors. Pretty spectacular. Be ready to walk and take stairs as well as pay attention to the tide charts - all worth it. You can also get to Moonlight Beach by car easily. Our only complaint is the main couch is so slouchy we ended up with backaches. Not great but good lounging for a movie night. Beds were comfortable enough and the kitchen is decently stocked for most tastes. The development is nice - folks are super friendly.

The condo was well organized and up to date. Three bedrooms and baths were great as there were 6 of us. The view is amazing and we spent much of our time on the deck. We are looking forward to visiting again!

We rented the property during our Breeders Cup weekend for 4 adults - 1’couple and two singles. The 3 bedroom and 3 bath accommodations were perfect. The property was centrally located to the Del Mar racetrack, Carlsbad and other favorite locations we frequent. The modern interior design was well done and very comfortable. The couch absorbed you like your favorite bathrobe. The well stocked galley kitchen was easy to navigate. We specially enjoyed relaxing and watching the sunsets, surfers and dolphins from the deck. Beautiful place, relaxing atmosphere, with enjoyable company. Hope to return!
