Location is very convenient while close to restaurants and to the beach, it is still very quiet

The townhome was fairly clean, and its best attribute is its ease of walking distance to the village and beach. It seems to only get surface cleaning in-between 30 day+ rentals. Carpet needs to be steamed cleaned, top of fridge was covered in dust, air filters need to be cleaned, and there was mold in master shower, which my wife cleaned up since we were there for 6 weeks. The home is decorated nicely. There are a few things to consider if you're staying there for 30 days or more. 1.) The grill is very poor quality (probably a $79 gas grill) starter does not work, the grill temperature gauge doesn't work, and it catches on fire every time, making it difficult to cook on. 2.) The mattress in the master is very poor quality and difficult to sleep on. We tried rotating the mattress when we were there, but it did not help. The garbage disposal didn't not work when we arrived, but I must say they promptly addressed it and fixed it. The ice maker in the door of the fridge does not work either. I think the oven needs a deep clean as well, as every time we cooked anything it smoked and set off the fire alarm in the unit, making it tough to use the oven. Many of the things listed aren't that big of a deal if you are only there for 1 week, but if you are there for a month or longer, they can be a problem. Overall, a nice place, that just needs some things addressed, and its definitely time to throw away the grill!

Location is amazing with just a couple of blocks to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and coffeeshops. The house is very practical and very quiet.
