The open-concept living area includes comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and bay views, while the adjacent dining area seats up to six. The fully equipped kitchen is updated for easy meal preparation, and a nearby patio with a barbecue grill allows for outdoor dining with water views. Ideally situated steps from the bay and beach, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and location. Please note: neighboring construction is currently underway Monday–Saturday from 7 AM–6 PM, and some noise may be heard during daytime

We really enjoyed being able to walk out front and have the grandkids play in the sand. Being able to walk to the oceanside was also a plus. The condo was very comfortable and having a washer/dryer was a plus. With our group of 6, we had to rent a larger vehicle and parking was very hard to find each night but we knew this ahead of time. All the great attractions were close enough and driving only took about 15 minutes.

The location can’t be beat as it’s on the bay around the corner from the main boardwalk. You get the beautiful water view without the traffic. The rental itself is solidly good! The place has plenty of living space and the two bathrooms are a plus. The kitchen is fully stocked and having a washer & dryer was helpful. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because some of the amenities could be updated or fixed. It’s nothing horrible or a deal breaker though. There are quite a few stairs from the garage to the rental so if anyone has difficulty walking, may want to think twice. It was really nice having a garage, though, as parking can be tight around that area. Overall it was a good property for a family and, again, loved the location as it’s close to the main beach, restaurants, small stores, and nightlife.

The property was a great experience for our family of 6. (2 Seniors, 2 adults and 2 teens) The view and access to the bay was fantastic, plus the ocean was a short 2 blocks away. We could get to many other tourists spots with a 15 minute drive. All linens were provided which made traveling easier and lighter. The apartment stayed very cool with the breeze and AC was not missed at all. My family is already talking about going back again.
