Enter through the welcoming enclosed front porch into a spacious living room filled with natural light, comfortable furnishings, and ocean-inspired décor. French doors open to the patio, while the adjacent dining room seats six beneath a charming chandelier. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range, dishwasher, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. A laundry room with washer and dryer is conveniently located just off the kitchen with access to the backyard. This home features 3 bedrooms—2 queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds—along with 1.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are styled in calming coastal tones with luxury bedding for a restful stay. Step outside to a private fenced backyard designed for relaxation and entertaining, complete with a BBQ grill, outdoor dining for six, lounge seating, and an umbrella for shade surrounded by lush landscaping. Beach essentials including chairs and towels are provided. Parking is street parking only, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note there is no A/C; fans and heaters are provided for comfort. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Vacation Rental Contract

You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.
