Just steps to private beach access via approximately 70 cliffside stairs, with additional beach access a short drive to the north or south. One pool with a hot tub is a short walk away, and another is steps from the unit. Beach chair, towels, and an umbrella are provided. The home also includes a two-car garage and an in-unit washer and dryer. Please note the community enforces strict quiet hours with 24/7 decibel monitoring and a 7-night minimum.
