The condo comfortably sleeps 5 with a king primary suite (en-suite bath with walk-in shower), a queen bedroom (en-suite bath with tub/shower combo), and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, along with an in-unit washer and dryer and included beach gear such as towels, chairs, and an umbrella. Additional details include one reserved parking space, electronic lock entry, and check-in at 4 PM with check-out at 10 AM. Please note there is no central A/C, heat, or fireplace—cooling is provided by ocean breezes, ceiling fans, and a portable fan, with radiant heaters available for cooler nights.​​​​​​​

Vacation Rental Contract

You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.
