This beautifully remodeled, ground-floor rental is one of but a few on Crescent Beach that features such a phenomenal beach view. While other complexes are separated from the beach by a large expanse of tall dunes and long boardwalks, this complex sits just seven steps from the beach off the pool deck. Guests of this rental will also enjoy a full kitchen, furnished deck, and access to a shared pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, BBQ area, and much more.

Less than two miles south, hop on the free boat and pay a visit to the Fort Matanzas National Monument. Drive 14 miles north into the heart of St. Augustine, the oldest city in the United States, and discover multiple restaurants, shops, museums, and additional historic sites including the world famous Castillo de San Marcos National Monument. Take a spooky, late-night ghost tour, tour the St. Augustine Distillery, or head out on the water aboard a sunset cruise.

I would give this unit a 4+ if that were available. The unit was in a great location. We woke up to sunrises and watched sunsets watched from the patio slider. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen offered everything that was needed to cook meals. The unit was within 20 yards of a beautiful beach....that was sparsely used. This was our second stay in this unit. It did not disappoint this year. We will return to this unit again..we missed the bad , cold weather in SC while in FL. What a nice treat to walk on this beautiful beach in the winter. Casago did a great job managing this unit. Thanks!!

Condo is such a joy. Comfortable, clean and well stocked. Love the big TV and great choice of channels. New rug in living room is great. Had trouble with electronic door lock 2_years in a row and had to call for help. Had to use manual key, could not get door lock to work most of the time. This is our favorite condo in the complex.

We enjoy the Crescent Sandpiper but was so disappointed that you could no longer see the ocean from the pool. Our location was great, but the condo needs to be updated.

The location and proximity to the beach were wonderful. That being said, the dwelling was pretty outdated. It has the basic amenities as shown in the photos, the a/c works good, but it’s fairly noticeable that furnishings have been there for a number of years. All in all, it’s pretty basic with a great location to the beach/pool.
